Scheduled delivery orders can be canceled 24 hours prior to your selected delivery date for full refund.
Parcel delivery orders cannot be canceled, but you can return it within our 14 free return days.
Canceling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money.
The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:
The item is out of stock Listing errors Incorrect product listed Unsupported area.
We will contact you if any part of your order is canceled or if we need additional information to process your order.
So far we accept PayPal®, other payment ways are in testing.
Payment is taken during the checkout process when you pay for your order. The order number that appears on the confirmation screen indicates payment has been successfully processed.

Normally £4 for each package and free shipping for order over £20.
About 5-10 business days.
Once your order is picked up by the carrier at our warehouse, we will send you a shipment tracking update email with the estimated delivery date and tracking number.
We will promptly replace any product that is damaged in transit. Just contact us of the situation within 48 hours of product arrival.
